A former professional golfer and winner of the 2008 San Juan Open, Jeremy brings discipline, precision, and a growth mindset to both his personal and professional life. He founded CPA Solutions in 2014 after leaving a traditional firm to build a company focused on innovation and results. Jason Bailey
Senior VP of Operations, CPA
With over 20 years of experience, Jason is passionate about helping small business owners navigate complex tax issues and reach their financial goals. After starting in corporate accounting, he ran his own CPA firm in Raleigh, NC (2011–2018), co-authored the Amazon bestseller “Why Didn’t My CPA Tell Me That?”, and was featured on national financial radio shows. Since selling his firm, he has advised clients as a senior tax strategist. Jason now leads operations at XIT CPA and lives near Raleigh with his family. He enjoys hiking, photography, and rocky road ice cream.
Aubrey Gredell
Tax Advisor, EA
Aubree joined CPA Solutions in May of 2023. She was born and raised in Omaha, NE but moved to Lake of the Ozarks, MO in 2012. She graduated from Columbia College with her Bachelor’s in Business Administration and recently became an IRS Enrolled Agent. She has a well-rounded background in the financial sector including banking, tax accounting, insurance and wealth management. Aubree and her husband share 4 amazing children ranging from 18 years to 2 years old. In what free time she has, Aubree enjoys boating, swimming and all things lake-related. She’s also a huge Kansas City Chiefs fan and loves a good Sunday football game.
David Reynolds
Tax Advisor, CPA
David Reynolds, CPA, brings over eight years of experience in tax advisory, helping clients across industries navigate complex tax matters with clarity and confidence. He values the collaborative, growth-oriented culture at XIT CPA and enjoys continually learning on the job. Outside the office, David spends time with friends, family, and his dog Paisley. He’s a devoted Red Sox fan who enjoys trying new steakhouses, hiking in the summer, and snowshoeing in Maine during the winter.
